We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Ramona LaRue pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
